Details on the 2010 Crofton Shootout Soccer Tournament. 

NOTE:  Your application will  NOT be considered complete until the payment is received.  See below for payment instructions. 

Detailed payment procedures will be provided when you click the "Save and Proceed to Checkout" button on application form. Additionally, the submission of this form, coupled with receipt of payment, certifies that you accept the following conditions:

 

"I understand the fee is not refundable after Team selections have been made (approximately 30 July, 2010).  I understand that my Team must provide it’s own insurance and that in the case of an accident or injury while participating in or traveling to or from the tournament,  the Crofton Athletic Association is not liable for damages.  My team meets all the requirements for the 2010 Crofton Shootout Soccer Tournament as outlined in the application information." 

Note:  After you click the "Save and Proceed to Checkout" button you will receive a confirmation page with the data you have provided and payment instructions ... we recommend you print a copy of this for reference. You will also receive an email (to the address entered) with this same information. Please click "Save and Proceed to Checkout" button only once -- if you see errors after submitting, email any changes to shootout@croftonsports.com) with your assigned Confirmation Number as the email Subject.

If your money is not received by August 1st, you will automatically be placed on the Waiting List. Please do NOT send payment via any methodology that requires signature acknowledgement by the Treasurer as this requirement may delay delivery by 3 to 10 days.

 

 

LIABILITY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & RELEASE:

 

BY ENTERING THIS TOURNAMENT AND EXECUTING ALL REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS, CLUBS, TEAMS, COACHES, PLAYERS AND PARENTS SPECIFICIALLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS THE CROFTON ATHLETIC COUNCIL, ITS BOARD, OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, THEIR HEIRS AND ASSIGNS AND THE TOURNAMENT COMMITTEE, ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, HEIRS AND ASSIGNS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY PROPERTY DAMAGE OR PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH INCURRED DURING THE TOURNAMENT OR ON TOURNAMENT PREMISES CAUSED BY THE ERROR, OMISSION, OR NEGLIGENCE OF ANY OF THE AFOREMENTIONED ENTITIES OR PARTIES.
